I called you yesterday for help on a job that (in my unprofessional opinion) was botched by another A/C company. I am so happy with the customer service and response I received. I was contacted by Greg Fuller (Florida Air Temp in Wellington), who said his friend Johnnie Snell asked him to give me a call. Everything was moving so smoothly and quickly I am sorry to admit I was a little skeptical (It was too good to be true!)Mr. Fuller was so nice and he was there this morning ON TIME and with everything he needed to get the job done - such a contrast to our experiences last year. I have already told everyone I come across how wonderful I think Snell A/C is and will continue to do so...!

I am writing this letter regarding Mark Baker. Last Saturday, he came to our home to repair our air conditioner. When we determined a new one was the most prudent course to take, he prepared a proposal and arranged to install it the following day (Sunday). He and an assistant worked all day and did an excellent installation and clean up. His manner/and attitude would make any mother proud. At 7.00 pm on the evening of July 22nd, 2003, water started pouring out of my air condition. I was hoping to get an appointment for service the very next day, although I realized it was very short notice. Since I am a new condo owner, I had not yet needed to call for a/c service yet, and did not know whom to call. I looked in the phone book and read in your ad, "family owned and operated." I felt that I would receive good honest service from your company. I promptly called you and was very pleased that you answered the telephone at this hour, and equally pleased that you were able to give me an appointment for the following day between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. The next morning, Dave was at my door at exactly 11:00 am, and in 45 minutes had my a/c up and running! He was both pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you for such efficient service, especially in the middle of July when it's most needed! I will certainly call you in the future for my air conditioning needs,and recommend you to my friends.
